On November 15th from approximately 6-10 pm ET, a small subset of US-based Enterprise Customers experienced temporarily inaccessible forms. Our team quickly identified the issue related to 2 reduced-capacity servers, which the team quickly updated. The team has continued monitoring the situation and implemented health checks to guard against similar issues.
