Issues with Forms Containing Special Characters on a small subset of Gov Cloud Accounts

As of July 15, we identified an issue affecting a small number of forms with special characters on select Gov Cloud instances, where some form content appeared with garbled characters. While this was partially resolved on July 16, affected forms or connectors that were modified during this time may have become inaccessible or may experience errors. Customers can restore their forms to a revision prior to July 16 to resolve the issue.
