Beginning late in the afternoon on July 20, customers began reporting issues related to editing Salesforce connector configurations. After investigation, the cause was narrowed down to an issue with updating object schemas for connected Salesforce accounts resulting in the inability to edit existing connectors and, in some cases, create new connectors. Response collection and processing were not affected. This issue has been resolved as of 6:00 pm ET, 7/21
