At 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time for approximately 20 minutes, all FormAssembly Plans encountered a brief interruption of services. The downtime occurred during a routine update, and the root cause was the gap in time between a database migration and code deployment.

FormAssembly has examined the root cause and will incorporate prevention measures for future updates.
