Credit Card Masking and Transaction Processing Issue (All payment connectors - Professional & Premier accounts)

For a few hours Monday (2018-05-21), a small number of responses processed without credit card fields being masked to logged-in users reviewing the responses on app.formassembly.com. This change has been reverted and affected response data will be masked by our team on the back-end with no action needed by our customers.

Additionally, we are investigating the possible issue of transactions for all payment connectors failing to execute successfully for those affected responses. If you notice a failed payment connector transaction in your responses, please reopen the response and notify your respondents: help.formassembly.com/help/responses#response-options

Enterprise Cloud and Compliance Cloud customers were not affected.
