Resolved
On the 17th of January, we released a product update at 12 PM Eastern. The release caused issues on some forms using our Salesforce Prefill Connector and interfered with the loading of some form response and report pages. The release was rolled back at 10 AM Eastern 1/18/18 and the issues have been resolved. Not all clients' forms were affected.
